Terms of service

Each time you use any Kayro Studio Service (e.g., profile, gift cards, or mobile Kayro Studio applications) you will also be subject to the particular guidelines, terms and conditions applicable to that Kayro Studio Service.

We ask that you review our Privacy Notice which also governs your use of the Kayro Studio Services, so that you are aware of our practices.

Each time you use a Kayro Studio Service or send us email, text message and other communications from any device, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree to receive communications from us electronically in a variety of ways, including through the following types of data messages: e-mail, text messages, automatic notifications from our app or through notices and messages posted on this website or through the other Kayro Studio Services, you agree that all contracts, notices, messages, and other notifications and communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written form and are given full legal effect and validity.

All content hosted or made available through any of Kayro Studio Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data collections are the property of Kayro Studio or its content providers and are protected in accordance with applicable national and international intellectual and industrial property laws and other applicable laws of the United Mexican States. All content hosted or made available through any Kayro Studio Service is the exclusive property of Kayro Studio, and is protected in accordance with applicable national and international intellectual and industrial property laws and other applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

Additionally, the graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names that are included or available through Kayro Studio Services are trademarks or represent the commercial image of Kayro Studio in Mexico and other countries. The trademarks and trade dress of Kayro Studio may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to Kayro Studio, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that may disparage or discredit Kayro Studio. All other trademarks that are not owned by Kayro Studio and that are included in or available through the Kayro Studio Services belong to their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated or related in any way to Kayro Studio, or sponsored by Kayro Studio.

Various patents belonging to Kayro Studio are applicable to Kayro Studio Services as well as to the functions and services accessible through them.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and payment of the applicable price, where applicable, Kayro Studio or its content providers grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable limited license to access and use Kayro Studio Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right of resale or commercial use of any of the Kayro studio Services or its contents; any right to compile or use any product lists, descriptions or prices; any right to make any derivative use of the Kayro Studio Services or its contents; to download or copy any account information for the benefit of another company; or the use of search and data mining tools or robots or the like. Kayro Studio and its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders or other content providers reserve any rights not expressly included in these Terms of Use. No reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale or exploitation of any kind of the Kayro Studio Services or any part of them for commercial purposes is allowed, in each case without our prior written consent. It is also not permitted to place or use placement techniques to introduce any trademark, logo or other copyrighted information (including images, text, page layouts or formats) of Kayro Studio without prior written consent. The use of meta tags or any other "hidden text" using Kayro Studio names or marks is not permitted without our prior written consent. You may not misuse the Kayro Studio Services. You are only allowed to use the Kayro Studio Services in a lawful manner. Any breach by you of these Terms of Use will result in the termination of the licenses granted by Kayro Studio.

When you use the Kayro Studio Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or using your password. Kayro Studio markets products for minors, but sells them to adults, who can purchase them with a credit card or other authorized payment method. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Kayro Studio Services only with the involvement and participation of a parent or guardian.

Kayro Studio reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders in case of violation of these Terms of Use, Terms of Service or any other Kayro Studio policy, terms and conditions, rights of third parties or commission of a crime or any conduct that damages Kayro Studio reputation or customer experience.

Users may publish their opinions, comments, photographs, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, provided that the content thereof is not unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise offensive to others or objectionable, or consists of or contains computer viruses, political or advertising content, chain letters, mass mailings, or constitutes any other type of "spam. It is not permitted to use false email addresses, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent the origin of any content. Kayro Studio does not regularly review published content, but we reserve the right to remove or modify such content.

By posting any content or submitting any material for posting, and unless otherwise indicated, you grant to Kayro Studio the non-exclusive, free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create and exploit any derivative works and distribute and display its content worldwide and through any media. The ability to use the Kayro Studio website and the Kayro Studio Services is your sole compensation for the rights you grant us for the content and other materials you submit or post. You agree that the only compensation you will receive for the rights granted to Kayro Studio with respect to the materials and content you submit or post, is the right to use the Kayro Studio website and the Kayro Studio Services. It is understood that the above is granted for the maximum allowed under applicable law. You grant to Kayro Studio and its sublicensees the right to use the name submitted by you in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you may post; that the content you provide is accurate; that use of such content will not constitute a breach of this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Kayro Studio for any claims relating to the content you provide. Kayro Studio has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Kayro Studio assumes no responsibility for any content posted by you or any third party.

All product information on our website is provided for information purposes only. Always read product labels, warnings and instructions before use. Kayro Studio tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Kayro Studio does not guarantee that the descriptions or content of any other Kayro Studio Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Kayro Studio does not meet this description, you may return it as long as it is returned unused.

Unless indicated separately, all prices shown through the Kayro Studio Services include taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to select the most convenient parcel service for proper product delivery. Except to the extent otherwise stated, the List Price or Suggested Price shown for products on any Kayro Studio Service represents the retail price listed on that product, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail price for a comparable product offered elsewhere.

Kayro Studio does not guarantee the payment of customs taxes in the case of international orders and shipments, as these are charged (if applicable) once the item has reached its final destination. These amounts must be paid by the person receiving the product.

All information and details regarding the availability, shipment or delivery of a product are estimates only. In the event that for any reason during the processing of your order, the product ordered by you is no longer available, no charge will be made in respect of those products, we will let you know and allow you to cancel the order or keep the order in force until the product becomes available. 

A maximum of one change can be made at no cost to the customer. From the second change, the customer will have to pay for the collection of the product to be changed and the delivery of the new product.

THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY KAYRO STUDIO ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. KAYRO STUDIO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, A KAYRO STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KAYRO STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES, KAYRO STUDIO SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT BY KAYRO STUDIO ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. KAYRO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY KAYRO STUDIO SERVICE, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE KAYRO STUDIO SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE RELEASES, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. THE RELEASES, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You may use the Kayro Studio Software exclusively to enable you to use and enjoy the Kayro Studio Services provided by Kayro Studio, and to the extent permitted by the Conditions of Use, these Software Conditions and any General Conditions of the Services. You may not incorporate any portion of the Kayro Studio a Software into your own programs or compile any portion thereof in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, loan, credit, distribute or sublicense the Kayro Studio Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Kayro Studio Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Kayro Studio Software for any illegal purpose. We may stop providing any Kayro Studio Software and terminate your right to use any Kayro Studio Software at any time. Your rights to use the Kayro Studio Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you breach any of these Software Terms, the Terms of Use or any other General Terms of Services. Additional third-party terms included in or distributed with certain Kayro Studio Software may apply to the Kayro Studio Software (or to software incorporated into the Kayro Studio Software) that are specifically identified in the applicable documentation that will govern the use of that software in the event of a conflict with these Terms of Use. All software used in any Kayro Studio Service is the property of Kayro Studio.

When you use the Kayro Studio Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as wireless or cellular platform service providers. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the policies, terms of use, and costs of those third parties. 

3. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering Acts.

You may not, and shall not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise manipulate the Kayro Studio Software, in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or with the Kayro Studio Software.

In order to keep the Kayro Studio Software up to date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time without notice to you.
