Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition—unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or a new item, simply email us at info@kayrostudio.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kayrostudio.com within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
Personalized Items
Since personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or sample sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To ensure your return is accepted, all products must be in resellable condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
