We want you to love your Kayro Studio pieces, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition—unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or a new item, simply email us at info@kayrostudio.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kayrostudio.com within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

Personalized Items

Since personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or sample sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Important Note

To ensure your return is accepted, all products must be in resellable condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REMEMBER: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags and original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 
Please contact us at info@kayrostudio.com Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 15 days of original delivery date. Please note, you are responsible for the product until we receive it.

Refunds:
Once your return is received in their original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed.
Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days from the day we receive the shipment from the customer.

Personalized Items:
All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once an item has been personalized.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or sample sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery of the product and the return and/or exchange is accepted only for products in good condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse the replacement request for any product that has been washed, damaged or without its original label.
